Managing Principals
Christopher Wild
Co-Founder and Managing PrincipalChristopher Wild is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of East Coast Acquisitions, LLC, Mr. Wild is actively involved in directing the company's acquisition strategy, asset and property management, and joint venture alliances. Prior to founding East Coast Acquisitions, Mr. Wild was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for Brandywine Financial, a Pennsylvania based full service real estate operating company. Brandywine owned/managed over 200 retail properties of over 11 million square feet, 60 residential projects providing 14,000 dwelling units and 1 million square feet of office space. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Mr. Wild served for 5 years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for New York based KoolConnect Technologies during which time he negotiated, formed and managed strategic partnerships with Sprint, Starwood and Sonesta Hotels. Mr. Wild obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Widener University.
Elliot Sasson
Co-Founder and Managing PrincipalCo-Founder & Managing Principal of East Coast Acquisitions, LLC. Oversees the firm's investment strategy and is responsible for acquisitions, strategic partnerships, financing, and asset management initiatives. Prior to founding ECA, served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corporation. Played a key role in the joint venture introducing Global Pet Foods into the United States and founded BathSense LLC, a multinational bath products manufacturer distributed through Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond. Bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Metropolitan Development from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Jennifer Smithers
Senior Portfolio ManagerBackground in operations, lease administration, and site selection. Five years in operations at World of Beer, four years in New Development Department. Business Marketing studies at St. Petersburg College.
Joel Squitieri
Maintenance ManagerOversees maintenance and tenant relations across 2M+ square feet of commercial properties. Formally trained by USPS in maintenance and repairs with 20 years field experience.
Michael Hoyt
ControllerLeads accounting team with 20+ years real estate accounting experience. Previously controller at Avison Young managing 180 properties. Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Strayer University.
Josh Matute
Property AccountantResponsible for daily rent revenue recording and vendor payments. Bachelor's in Finance from Muma College of Business, University of South Florida. Previously Financial Analyst for credit union service organization.
Tina Castanon
Office AdministratorCoordinates office activities and compliance. Eight years multifamily industry experience with Class A communities. Currently pursuing CAM license.
